NOT HAPPY WITH YOUR PRESENT SOLICITOR?

Consider the following:

My solicitor never contacts me: This may be a sign that your personal injury claim is not being progressed or it may be a sign that something has gone wrong in the claim.

My solicitor never responds to my letters or calls: If you are finding it difficult to speak or contact your solicitor, they may be too busy to give your claim the time and attention it deserves.

My questions are ignored or not answered properly: If your solicitor is reluctant to provide you with information, you may be facing a situation in which your solicitor lacks the expertise and experience to deal with your claim or worse still, knows that something has gone wrong but is unwilling to tell you.

I don't know where my claim has got to: Your solicitor should update you on a regular basis. If you are left in the dark about your claim, this can be a sign of poor client care.

My case is taking too long to sort out: Your solicitor has a professional responsibility to deal with your claim promptly and efficiently.
